Welcome to Badass Sports Mom, where the lively chaos of sports and family collides with practical solutions and supportive camaraderie. This is more than just a personal brand; it's a movement for every dynamic, driven mom navigating the thrilling yet demanding world of travel sports.
If you're like me, you know exactly how it feels to juggle work, family, and game schedules with grace and grit. You're craving a bit of breathing room and a way to feel like yourself again, without missing the moments that matter most.

My story begins not unlike yours. My two boys have been involved in sports since they were little, and for years, our lives have been centered around practices, tournaments, and endless road trips. I wouldn't trade it for the world, yet I've often found myself overwhelmed with the growing demands and expenses. The breaking point came one too many times as I sat at the ball field, feeling the pressure of balancing meals, work, travel commitments, and an ever-looming financial strain.
Transitioning from overwhelmed to empowered wasn't an overnight miracle. I discovered the power of simple systems, for scheduling, meals, and the everyday logistics of travel sports, not by eliminating the things I love, but by creating structure that let me thrive on my own terms. Today, I have more time to enjoy the sports journey with my boys, and I've designed Badass Sports Mom to share what I've learned with you.

I've been in your shoes—juggling it all and wondering how to keep up. Now, I help moms like you find more time, more ease, and more joy in the chaos.
Hi, I'm Lisa DeNooy—sports mom, kinesiology and health coach grad, and chaos coordinator by necessity. With two boys deep in travel sports, I've lived the carpool life, the tournament weekends, and the late-night laundry. I know what it feels like to be proud, exhausted, and wondering where you fit in the middle of it all.
Badass Sports Mom was born from my journey of trial, error, and finally discovering a way to make life feel lighter, not by doing more, but by doing things smarter. I turned my background in systems, nutrition, and sanity-saving tools into a movement that helps moms like you create space for what matters most, without sacrificing yourself in the process.
You don't have to do everything, be everywhere, or carry it all on your own. As moms, we're often taught that self-sacrifice is the only way to show love, but that mindset leads to burnout, not balance. It's time to unlearn the guilt that comes with asking for help, setting boundaries, or carving out time for your own goals. You deserve the freedom to care for your family and yourself.
Success doesn't have to mean packed schedules, picture-perfect homes, or running on empty. True success is finding rhythm in your routine, joy in your journey, and purpose in the little moments. You can unlearn the outdated belief that hustle equals worth and instead embrace systems that give you time, energy, and space to breathe, without the chaos.
At Badass Sports Mom, we believe in doing life on your terms. You'll discover how to simplify everyday routines, save on the things that add up, and connect with other moms who get it. No more comparison. No more pressure to fit into a mold. Just real solutions that help you live fully, parent intentionally, and feel proud of what you're creating, both on and off the field.

“I’ve talked to so many moms that just didn’t get what it’s like to be a full-time sports mom with zero extra hours in the day. Lisa’s approach is different, it's practical, encouraging, and made for real life. Her tips helped me organize my week and feel like I’m back in control. I finally feel supported and inspired again.”
— Jessica R., Soccer & Softball Mom of 2
